This app collects nothing about you. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, and no advertising. What you enter stays on your iPhone and in your iCloud. Only location lookups go to Apple.
The subscriptions, bills and paydays you enter, including names, amounts, dates and notes, plus your settings. If you tag an item with a place, whether from the built-in list or found through search, that place's name and coordinates are stored on the item and sync the same way as the rest of your data. This is stored place data, not your live location. This lives on your device. If iCloud sync is on, it is also stored in the private part of your iCloud account that only your devices can read. Apple cannot read it, and neither can we.
Nothing goes to us. With iCloud sync on, your data travels between your devices through Apple's iCloud, under Apple's privacy terms. You can turn sync off in Settings; new entries stop reaching iCloud once you quit and reopen the app. When you search for a place, the text you type is sent to Apple to look it up. That is how places beyond the built-in list are found.
Magic Import reads text from a photo, a file, or a picture you take with the camera, entirely on your device, using Apple's on-device intelligence. The image and its text are never uploaded anywhere, and nothing is saved until you confirm it — even the photo you took is never written to your camera roll.
If you allow location once, the app asks Apple for your town's name and keeps one rounded point on your phone. Nothing about it leaves your phone afterwards.
Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. There is no push server.
If you leave a tip, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. We do not receive your name or email from a tip.
Settings › Export gives you your subscriptions, bills and paydays as a plain file you can keep, read, or move to any other app. Deleting the app deletes its data from your phone; deleting it from iCloud is done from your device's iCloud settings.
